In order to accomplish this, Consensus Council staff facilitated a series of meetings with CCND staff, with the board and a combined staff and board meeting over the course of a year. The participants were able to meet in a comfortable setting, build stronger relationships and plan together for a future of shared goals. Numerous priority goals were established for implementation in the coming five years and all participants, through their involvement in the facilitated, consensus-based process, will share in the implementation successes.
